FAQ

Can I change my order after I book? Absolutely. We know guest counts fluctuate. You can make adjustments to your order up to 14 days before delivery. While we cannot guarantee availability for added items close to the date, we will do our best to make it work.

Can I pick up the rentals myself to save on delivery fees? Yes, for smaller orders (like linens, decor, or a few tables), "Will Call" pickup is available at our Clinton location. However, large items like pole tents and dance floors require professional installation and must be delivered by our team.

Is a deposit required to hold my items? Yes. To secure your date and equipment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

What if something gets broken or damaged? We know accidents happen during a celebration. We offer an optional Damage Waiver (a small percentage of the rental fee) that covers accidental breakage (like a dropped glass or wine spill). This waiver does not cover negligence, vandalism, or lost items, for which replacement costs will apply.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment? We handle the heavy lifting! Delivery and professional installation are included for all tents, dance floors, and lighting. For tables and chairs, our standard delivery includes dropping them off in a designated area (like a garage or under the tent). If you would like us to set up the tables and chairs according to your floor plan, we are happy to do so for an additional setup fee.

How far in advance should I reserve my rentals? We recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured. For peak wedding season (May through October), most couples book 6 to 12 months in advance. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our inventory allows.
